By accessing or using www.mediverse.health(the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not medical advice
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Appointments and care
Submitting a booking request, contact form, or partnership inquiry through this Site does not, by itself, create a patient-physician relationship. A relationship is established when you are seen and accepted by one of our clinicians. Telehealth visits are available only for established patients of Neurology and Adult Psychiatry, and only within states where our providers are licensed.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's use of it. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
- Submit false, misleading, or other people's personal information.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content for commercial use without permission.
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Mediverse Health or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; all other uses require our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
