Mental health care for children and teens, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, trauma, and autism spectrum support. We work closely with families and schools.
Behavioral Health
Outpatient counseling and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for youth and adults. Care is client centered, evidence based, and trauma informed. We offer DBT, CBT, EMDR, somatic therapies, and optional spiritual integration. Female, Muslim, and Urdu speaking therapists available.
