How do I book an appointment?

Click Book Appointment anywhere on our site to schedule directly through our booking system, or call (888) 632 1240.

How quickly can I be seen?

Most patients are seen within two weeks, often sooner. Urgent Care is available on a walk in basis with no appointment needed.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth is available for Neurology and Adult Psychiatry. All other services are provided in person at our Oak Brook clinic.

Where are you located?

2210 Midwest Rd Suite 111, Oak Brook IL 60523. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call (888) 632 1240 to verify your specific plan before your visit.

Do I need a referral?

Most of our services do not require a referral. Some insurance plans may require one, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging.

Do you offer therapists who speak languages other than English?

Yes. We have female, Muslim, and Urdu speaking therapists available.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We offer Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, behavioral health support for youth, and urgent care visits for children.

What if I have a medical emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our Urgent Care is for non life threatening medical needs.

How do I refer a patient to Mediverse?

Submit our B2B contact form on the For Providers page, call (888) 632 1240, or email info@mediverse.health. Our team will coordinate scheduling and follow up directly with the patient.

What is your typical turnaround time for new patient appointments?

Most referred patients are seen within two weeks. Urgent cases can often be accommodated sooner.

Which specialties do you offer?

Eleven on site specialties: Neurology, Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, Pain Management, Weight Loss, Primary Care, Urgent Care, MedSpa, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

Do you offer telehealth coverage for partner facilities?

Yes. Telehealth coverage is available for Neurology and Adult Psychiatry.

What partnership models do you offer?

We offer Neurology and Adult Psychiatry coverage (on site and telehealth) for partner facilities, and we partner with home health agencies, hospice programs, and oncology practices. Each partnership is built around the needs of your facility and patients.

How do you communicate with the referring provider?

We send visit summaries and treatment updates after each visit, and our team is available by phone for case coordination.

Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid patients?

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and many Medicaid plans. Contact us to verify specific coverage.

Can you cover behavioral health needs for our patients?

Yes. We offer outpatient counseling, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Adult Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, all on site.
